Full Money-Back Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your session, you may request a full refund for the most recent completed appointment only. Refunds do not apply retroactively.
Cancellations
- 24+ Hours Notice: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you may request a refund or reschedule without penalty.
- Less Than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, no refund will be issued.
No-Shows
If you do not attend a scheduled session without providing notice, the session is considered forfeited and is not eligible for a refund.
Packages / Multi-Session Purchases
Refunds, if requested, will only apply to the most recent appointment already completed. Remaining unused sessions can be rescheduled but are not refundable once booked.

1) Agreement to Terms
By booking, purchasing, or participating in any session, package, program, or content from Inner Light Healing (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Electronic consent. At checkout you must affirmatively check a consent box. We record the Terms version (e.g., v2025-09-07), the acceptance timestamp, and the page where you accepted. This record appears on your order and may be stored on your account (if you have one).
2) Services; No Medical or Mental-Health Care
We provide non-medical coaching and energy-based techniques (including methods commonly known as “Emotion Code®”/energy release). We do not diagnose, treat, or cure disease or mental-health conditions and we are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider for medical questions or concerns. If you are in crisis, call local emergency services (e.g., 911 in the U.S.) or visit the nearest emergency room.
No guarantees. Results vary; we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

3) Eligibility
If you are under 18, you may only participate with written consent from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for your own decisions and actions arising from sessions.
4) Booking, Scheduling, and Attendance
- Delivery methods: Sessions are delivered by Zoom and phone unless otherwise stated.
- Time zone: Scheduling and reminders use Eastern Time (U.S.).
- Late arrivals: If you are late, your session may be shortened and still end at the scheduled time.
- No-shows: If you do not attend and do not cancel within the cancellation window, the session is non-refundable and will be deducted from your package (if applicable).
5) Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellation window: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- How to cancel: You may cancel through the website or by email at andrew.innerlighthealing@protonmail.com.
- Late cancellations / no-shows: Appointments canceled inside the window or missed without notice may be charged in full or deducted from your package.
6) Packages, Expiration & Transfers
- Packages: Multi-session packages do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- Non-transferable: Sessions and packages are for the named client only and are not transferable.
7) Pricing, Payment & Taxes
Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount, plus any applicable taxes. If a payment fails, you agree to promptly update your payment method.
8) Refunds & Satisfaction

- Satisfaction guarantee (latest appointment only): If you are not satisfied with your most recent appointment, you may request a money-back refund for that single appointment only (packages excluded). 9) Communications & Consent
By providing your email and/or phone number, you consent to receive service-related messages (e.g., confirmations, reminders, follow-ups). Marketing messages require separate consent and are governed by our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of marketing at any time; service messages may still be necessary.

11) Confidentiality; Recording
We treat session content as confidential to the extent permitted by law. We only record sessions with mutual consent. If you choose to record, you are solely responsible for complying with all consent and recording laws that apply to you.
12) Client Responsibilities
Energy/coaching work is collaborative. You agree to:
- Participate honestly and communicate relevant health or safety concerns.
- Make your own decisions; you remain solely responsible for your choices and actions.
- Seek licensed care when appropriate.
13) Intellectual Property
All content, materials, programs, websites, text, graphics, logos, videos, and guides we provide are our intellectual property or used with permission. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for your own personal use. You may not copy, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works without our written consent.
14) Acceptable Use
Do not use our services or site for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity, or to infringe upon the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
15) Third-Party Links & Tools
Our site or sessions may reference third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk and review their terms and privacy policies.
16) Disclaimers
Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
17) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our services or materials. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the session or package giving rise to the claim.
(Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where prohibited, the limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted.)
18) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inner Light Healing and its owners, practitioners, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the services.
19) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., power or internet failures, illness, government action, natural events).
20) Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Except as otherwise provided in the Arbitration section below, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania for any disputes that are not subject to arbitration.
21) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
You and Inner Light Healing agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our services, or any purchase (collectively, “Disputes”) will be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The seat/venue of arbitration will be Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, though the arbitrator may permit video or telephonic hearings upon request. One neutral arbitrator will be appointed. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Small-Claims Option. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court in Pennsylvania instead of arbitration.
Class Actions/Jury Trial Waiver. Disputes must be brought individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You and we waive any right to a jury trial.
Costs. For consumer disputes, your AAA consumer filing fee will apply (if any), and we will pay all remaining AAA and arbitrator fees as required by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Each party pays its own attorneys’ fees unless the arbitrator awards fees under applicable law.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing andrew.innerlighthealing@protonmail.com within 30 days after your first purchase with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out,” including your full name and the email used to purchase. Opting out does not affect other Terms.
Confidentiality. The arbitration and award are confidential, except as necessary to enforce the award or as required by law.
This Section survives termination of these Terms.
22) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version and effective date appear at the top. Material changes will apply to future purchases; your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

1) Purpose of this Agreement
This Informed Consent & Client Agreement explains the nature of our services, potential benefits and risks, your responsibilities, and how we handle privacy and logistics. By booking or participating in a session, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms.
2) Nature of Services (Non-Medical)

3) What to Expect

- Techniques: Sessions may include discussion/coaching and energy-based techniques. Where muscle testing is used, you authorize practitioner self-testing and/or proxy testing performed remotely as part of the session.
- No guarantees: Individual experiences vary; no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
4) Potential Benefits & Risks
Potential benefits may include relaxation, clarity, and emotional relief. Potential risks may include temporary emotional or physical sensations such as tiredness, lightheadedness, vivid dreams, or emotional processing after a session. If anything feels uncomfortable, speak up and/or discontinue the technique.
5) Your Responsibilities
- Participate honestly and communicate relevant health or safety concerns.
- Make your own decisions; you remain solely responsible for your choices and actions.
- Consult your licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical or mental-health questions, medications, pregnancy, or implanted medical devices, and before making changes to your care.
- If you are late, sessions may still end at the scheduled time.
6) Scheduling, Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation window: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- No-shows / late cancellations: No refund; if part of a package, the session is deducted from your package.
- Packages: Packages currently have no expiration unless otherwise stated at purchase.
- Satisfaction guarantee: Money-back applies to the most recent appointment only (packages excluded).

If the client is under 18, written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required, and a parent/guardian must be present or otherwise appropriately involved as agreed in advance.
10) Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups). Marketing messages require separate consent and are governed by our Privacy Policy; you may opt out of marketing at any time.
11) Acknowledgments & Consent
By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree that:

🌿 What is Emotional Release Therapy?
Emotional Release Therapy is a gentle process that helps identify and release trapped emotional energy from past experiences. These emotions can linger in the body, causing stress, tension, or imbalance. By releasing them, clients often feel lighter, calmer, and more at peace.

Anyone who feels stuck, stressed, emotionally weighed down, or ready for change may benefit. It’s especially supportive for those who:

đź’« How is this different from traditional talk therapy?
Talk therapy involves discussing experiences and emotions to gain insight and perspective. Emotional Release Therapy works on an energetic level, clearing the emotional charge without needing to relive or retell painful stories. Many people use both approaches together for powerful results.
đź•’ What Is a Processing Period?
You may have been living with your emotional baggage (traumas, stress or abuse) for a long time, so it’s important to let your body lead the way when is comes to releasing the trapped negative energy.
When an emotion is released though Emotional Release Therapy, the body is finally allowed to go through a Processing Period – or healing period, which usually lasts for a day or two.
About 20% of the time, people will notice “symptoms” of processing, such as: emotional sensitivity, crying, sleeplessness, a need for more sleep, vivid dreams, mild headache, or fatigue. Very rarely, an exacerbation of physical or emotional symptoms occurs, but like all processing it should last only about a day or two at most.
At the end of your appointment, your practitioner will inquire how long your body wants to process the changes that arose from the session. This Processing Period may coincide with one or more mild yet noticeable symptoms, or not.
Most people tend to feel lighter and happier after an emotional release. If this doesn’t occur right after the release, it usually occurs after the Processing Period is completed.
🗒️ What Is a Session Report?
Following each session, you will receive your Session Report, which is a summary of your entire energy healing session. Your report will include an account of what you and your practitioner worked on, which emotions were detected and released, any recommendations or homework your practitioner provided, and any other important information discussed during your session.
Your report will be emailed to you as a PDF attachment within 72 hours after your appointment. The report won’t include any identifying information beyond your name and the general information as outlined above.
âť“ How many Sessions will I need?
This question is asked frequently, and it really varies between each person. Your intake session will be effective and allow you to experience the results of Emotional Release Therapy.
If you are dealing with an emotional trauma, stress or abuse that was severe or has been with you for a long time, it may take more than one session to fully release and process all the trapped emotions from that trauma.  Following your initial visit, your practitioner will recommend any additional sessions based on your goals, needs and response to the first session. Typically this will be between 3-5 sessions and no more than one week apart. Your practitioner will advise you on what will be best for your optimal healing.
Most clients prefer to come back once or twice per month for maintenance sessions once their major traumas have been released. You can choose to have weekly or bi-weekly sessions, too, if you wish.
đź’Š Can Emotional Release Therapy help my addiction?
Yes! We have seen amazing results when working with clients who have addictions. We believe this is because most of the time addictions aren’t a problem; they are usually someone’s solution.
People tend to abuse drugs/alcohol/coffee/food/porn etc. because it helps relieve whatever pain they may be in and don’t want to feel (i.e. underlying trapped emotions). Once clearing someone’s trapped emotions, the underlying cause of the addiction is released.
🌸 Do I need to relive past trauma in a session?
Not at all. One of the benefits of Emotional Release Therapy is that you don’t need to re-experience the entire event or go into every painful detail. At times, I may ask for a little more context to help us identify the source of the trapped energy, but it’s more like gentle investigative work than reliving the trauma. The focus is always on releasing the stored energy, not retelling the whole story.
⚡ How many sessions will I need?
Everyone’s journey is unique. Some people notice shifts after just one or two sessions, while others benefit from a series of sessions to work through deeper patterns. Most clients start with a 3-session package for the best results.
✨ Can sessions be done online?
Yes. Emotional Release Therapy works just as effectively virtually as it does in person. During online sessions, I connect with you energetically through a process called proxy testing, which allows me to identify and release trapped emotions on your behalf. It’s a gentle and non-invasive way of working together, and you can simply relax in the comfort of your own home while the process takes place.

Most clients describe the sessions as calming and supportive. Some feel physical sensations like warmth, tingling, or lightness as emotions are released. Others simply feel more relaxed and peaceful.
